Passport-sized photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm)

A recent passport photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm) is required for your visa application and official documentation, and should be taken on a plain background.

Medical certificate (optional)

While not always mandatory, a basic medical certificate may be requested by authorities or employers, especially for roles involving physical work.

Willingness to travel within 3–5 weeks

All selected candidates must be ready to depart within 3 to 5 weeks of job confirmation, as the visa and relocation process moves quickly.

Application Procedure

The application process is simple and fully guided, starting from your online form submission to arriving in Belarus with an official job and residence permit. Every step is handled through a legal, contract-based system.

Fill the Application Form

Start by completing the online application form, providing your personal details, preferred job role, and uploading the required documents.

Sign the Employment Contract

If selected, you will be sent an official employment contract valid for 1 year, which outlines your job terms, salary, and benefits. You must review and sign this document to confirm your participation.

Receive Work Visa Invitation

Once the contract is signed, the employer will issue an official work invitation letter, which you will use to apply for a Type C work visa.

Submit Documents to the Consulate

Gather your passport, photo, invitation letter, and any additional requirements, then submit them at the nearest Belarusian consulate to apply for your visa.

Obtain the Type C Visa

After approval, you will receive a Type C visa that allows you to travel to Belarus for employment under the signed contract.

Travel to Belarus

You must relocate within 3 to 5 weeks of visa approval. The employer will provide free accommodation and local support upon your arrival.

Receive Residence Permit and Start Work

On the day of arrival, you will be granted a 1-year official residence permit, and you will start working immediately under full legal status.
